The Process

Dr’s Vergis and Hardys clinic is located at Saint Boniface Surgical Associates, 2nd floor of 400 Tache. They operate primarily out of the Victoria General Hospital and Saint Boniface general hospital.


You will be sent a patient intake questionnaire upon receipt of referral from your primary care provider. Arrangements will be made for your consultation upon returning your intake questionnaire. This consultation usually occurs within 4-6 weeks.
